Questions people ask before buying
What am I allowed to do with a background?
Use it on your own video calls, for work or otherwise, on any device you own. You can also use it in recordings and livestreams of those calls. You may not resell it, share the file with other people, or offer it for download.
Can my whole team use one purchase?
A purchase covers one person. For a team, write to hello@example.com and we will sort out a team price.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you land on your order page with a download button for each background. Bookmark that page: it is also how you download again later.
Does it work without a green screen?
Yes. Zoom, Meet and Teams all cut you out from your real background by themselves. Even lighting on your face gives the cleanest edge.
Will a video background slow down my call?
Our videos are short, quiet loops encoded to be light. Any laptop from the last five years or so handles them. If your fan starts to spin, switch to an image.
Can I get a refund?
If a file does not work in your call app, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
